APOSTLE OTIS BURNS

Senior Pastor

Pastor Otis T. Burns is the Visionary Founder and Senior Pastor of New Harvest Ministries International in North Aurora, Illinois where he leads and serves alongside his wife, Co-Pastor Shonda V. Burns. June 2019 they launched their second location Harvest Chicago in the Bronzeville area. Together they are raising their favorite princess, Hannah Grace. 

Since accepting Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of 19, Pastor Otis remains passionate about teaching the word of God, training effectual, fervent prayer warriors, and training leaders in serving and leading with power, compassion, and the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Ordained as a Prophet over 20+ years ago, Pastor Otis is a sought after accurate prophetic voice in the 21st century. He has been trained and poured into by Pastor Kenneth R. Collins, Apostle Donald L. Alford, Mother Mae Dupree and Pastor Bill Winston. 

He holds a degree from Devry University in Network Systems Administration. 

Pastor Shonda V. Burns is Co-Founder and Co-Pastor of New Harvest Ministries International in North Aurora, Illinois.  She submits to and serves alongside her husband Pastor Otis T. Burns. She has dedicated her life to building God’s kingdom, one person at a time since the young age of 16.  God has graced her life to teach and counsel with warmth, transparency, humor, boldness and strength. The earmark of her ministry has been “your thoughts affect your behavior, so grasp the mind of Christ”.  She is a wife, mother, nurse, psalmist, mentor, daughter, sister and friend.
